• One bedroom features a queen-size Murphy bed; the Murphy bed also converts to a spacious desk, so the room can function as a bedroom, den or office.  This bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with beautiful blue patterned ceramic tile and tub.
• The other bedroom features a queen-size bed with built-in under-bed storage
• Both bedrooms have thick memory foam mattresses, smart TV's, and Container Store "Elfa" closet systems.
• A second full bathroom with tub is in the hallway.
• Full sized washer and ventless dryer are in the hallway.
• The full-sized kitchen has Blue Pearl granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances (stove, full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher). All pots, pans, dishes, and countertop appliances are available for your use: Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, etc.
• Enjoy the living space from the La-z-Boy loveseat and chair or the kitchen island bar stools; there's a smart TV there too!
• Living space also includes a pub table/chairs and a small workspace desk.
• You will also have access to the outdoor spaces including spacious front entry hideaway and shared rear patio access.
• Area rugs and wall decor will be provided!
• This is new construction within a 100+ year old townhouse; we've taken steps to make the unit as quiet as possible but you may still hear traffic noises, fire trucks, dogs barking, etc.
